Guarantee

 All parts are warranted to be in new condition unless otherwise stated. Most parts carry the manufacturers warranty and the manufacturer should be contacted directly. Harleyparts.com will make every attempt to help a valued client with what ever problem they are having with apart. We do NOT know your bike. You are responsible for knowing what parts need to be ordered. We can only offer advice based on what the customer tells us. Harleyparts.com will not be responsible for you ordering the wrong part. NO WARRANTY on any electrical parts. Parts are warranted to be in working order when they are shipped. Unless electrical parts are installed by a technician previously approved by Harleyparts.com, there will be no warranty on the parts in question.

 

Shipping

All parts will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received. Shipment will be LBC or Mail. Purchaser must indicate which shipping service they prefer. All shipping charges will be added in to the purchase cost and must be received prior to the item being shipped.

 

Returns

ALL sales are final. Harleyparts, at its sole discretion MAY allow the exchange of a part, provided the original part ordered is in new condition and in the original packaging. If exchange is allowed, return shipping cost is to be borne by the sender. Again, you are responsible for purchasing the correct part. Helmets, gloves, vests and chaps cannot be returned for health and sanitary reasons. Please be sure you order the correct sizes! If Harleyparts.com has mistakenly shipped the wrong item, please return the item and the correct item will be shipped at no cost. Return charges will be credited but must be approved by Harleyparts.com prior to returning the item.

 

Cancelation of Order

All special order parts and accessories must be accompanied by a 100% deposit. Any cancellation of a special order will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. In special circumstances, some allowance may be made if the order has not yet been put through. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the order has already been placed and is being processed, then no allowance for deposit return can be made.

 

Damaged Parts

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all parts and accessories upon receipt, for damage. All claims for damage must be filed with the shipping agent. Harleyparts.com is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
